Determine the outside diameter of your stakes:

  • Model 50 fits stakes up to 1.5" diameter
  • Model 100 fits stakes up to 1.75" diameter
  • Model 200 fits stakes up to 2.00" diameter

For 15 Gallon Trees:
  • We recommend either the single or dual-stake system:
  • For the single stake system,  you will need  a single Tie Sleeve (which model is determined by the diameter of
    your stake).  You will NOT need a Cross Brace Sleeve or a Cross Brace.
  • For the dual-stake system (better for areas with high wind) you will need two Tie Sleeves, two Cross Brace
    Sleeves, and one Dual Stake Cross Brace.

For 24"  Box Trees:
  • We recommend either the dual-stake or triple-stake system:
  • For the dual-stake system (better for areas with high wind) you will need two Tie Sleeves, two Cross Brace
    Sleeves, and one Dual Stake Cross Brace. (Which model is determined by the diameter of your stakes).  
  • For the Triple-Stake System (best for areas with high wind and potential for damage from vehiclular and/or
    heavy pedestrian traffic), you will need three Tie Sleeves, three Cross Brace Sleeves, and one Triple
    Stake Cross Brace.
